Our Mission
In order to create a world like that we have taken the first step to create this Online Universe for people who wants to learn how to dance. Really the dancing is just our medium to help people create self-belief and to shine from within. We believe that the world would be a better place if people didn't feel the judgement and stress from society, family and friends. Our way to let people shine and not feel judged, is to guide them to connect to themselves within. To create a state and a safe place, where we can grow from and flower into a better version of ourselves. We want to help 1 couple at a time into a life of laughter, freedom and intimate time together through dancing. We are very keen on communication and we are always ready to hear from you, throughout your journey. We will touch base on this subject, in the training as well.

We believe in being authentic to who you are and what you are doing. Too often we feel judged from society, friends or family and we stop doing what we love the most, because we are afraid of the outcome. But truly we shouldn’t and for us living in Integrity is a keystone to a beautiful lifestyle

This is our ultimate goal for you. To create self-belief! Confidence is not something you are born with or something you can buy. Confidence is something, that you acquire through small successful steps daily, that boost your energy level and your self-confidence will sky rocket as a result.
Why we got started
We are Davide & Caroline from Italy and Denmark and we are professional ballroom dancers. We launched DANCE Incubation because we want to help the people who are struggling to find rhythm and intimacy in life with their significant one.
It all started back in 2011 when we meet each other. We both searched for a partner to continue our career of ballroom dancing. We were both 19 years old, just graduated high school and had all our whole life in front of us.
We both did dancing since were young but none of us had had a lot of success with our previous partners. Regardless of that we both knew, that dancing was our life and we wanted to pursue this dream of ours of reaching the highest level in ballroom dancing in the world.
We started of with no money at all, and started doing all type of work to pay our dancing, Plumber, kindergarten, cleaning houses, supermarket, dog walker, painter, sewing practice cloth and sell it, make-up courses and finally teaching dancing. In August 2013 we did our first major result and since then we have lived fully from our dancing career, something that many dancers wish for, and we are so grateful and proud, that we could make that happen for ourselves at such a young age.
But like anything in life, it came with a lot of sacrifices!
Sacrifices that in the beginning felt easy to make. We were young, hungry and only looked forward to our goal – becoming the best in the world! So we travelled, slept in airports, ate really poorly to save money and just did everything we could to reach the top. But along the way, the sacrifices started to become harder and harder and we started researching for different ways to create more stability in our life. Not constantly hunting for money and results. We always naively thought, that once we reached the results we wanted, we would be happy and life would be good. But something else happened!
We are now 3 times Danish Champions, top 14 in the World and 3 times North European Champions and we are still struggling to make a living. As much as we absolutely LOVE dancing, we have had to realise, that living as a dancer has its limits. If we want to start a family we need to find more stability. Travelling around teaching, giving shows and dancing competitions, is something that the body naturally at one point will say stop to.
So we decided to make a change. To still dance full time Ballroom Dancing, as we love this art form and lifestyle, but at the same time, we created an online universe, where we can use our talent and our knowledge after over 20 years of dancing and teaching, to help other people. To give back to the community and to help people who happily will learn some moves, to feel better about themselves. More confident, create intimacy and a unique hobby with your significant other..
The 2 Promises To Ourselves
- We will create our own future. Not relying on the government or a boss to take action. We will build our life up from scratch, so we can rely 100 % on ourselves and create a family on that foundation. Instead of hunting after results or money, as fulfilment can not be found in these things. We believe in humanity and we want to give back, help and be loyal to our community.
- We will take care of our health and bodies, so we can be the best version of ourselves and therefore GIVE BACK to the community and help other people to live a great life they deserve.
